Here's an oldie but a goodie! These are a selection of high quality empty Grand Staff downloads, spread over two A4 pages or contained in just one. It can be especially helpful for adults who are having their first introduction to music notation to see and be able to scribble all over a large size grand staff!
Ideas... Print one off and:
- give it to an adult who is a visual learner and is just starting out with reading music
- give to a grade 1 student to see how many notes can be labelled out of order (using the landmark method)
- give to a youngster who is about to reach on-staff notation in their method book - see if they can spot G clef, F clef, point out all the Cs on the keyboard, etc etc.
- blu-tack it to a wall in your studio!
